Finally, after 24 years wait, italy had another shot at the world most coveted trophy... standing in their way would be the les bleus, who oso wanted to have that FIFA world cup tropy in their possesion. i woke up at 2am for this match, feeling freaking hell tired as i had slept for 2 hours onli, but nonetheless, it was worth it. i was hoping for italy to win this final round...but, france had a PENALTY!!! juz into 7 mins of d game, metarazzi had fouled malouda, but sure look like malouda dived, oh well... i had to admire zizou for trying an adaucious chip like wat crouch did, but while crouch's landed in d stands, zizou's went into goal, 0-1 at tat time... but lucky got metarazzi and his fantastic jump as he headed in a corner from pirlo...
but wat was d turning point was zizou dismissal.... apparently, he and metarazzi had tussled for d ball earlier on, and i tink metarazzi provoked zizou by saying something n zizou cannot tahan oredi, den walked back and headbutted metarazzi n got himself sent off... italy managed to win after trezeguet missed his penalty and italy had scored all five penalties...

kudos to d azzuri, u all really are worthy to be d world champions!
