went to replace my nebo card yesterday, and guess what? it's cracked again. but then again the reader is still able to read the card, so i don't really plan to have it replaced till necessary. damn la, the quality of the card really sucks man.

had training today. did exactly the same things fer saturday. 5 small triangles and my butt was aching like hell. did medicine ball, pullups and finally abs exercises again. went back home a little late, and missed part of 'heroes'. well, after missing the previous episode, i can't understand the storyline la. guess i need someone to tell me. tomorrow's the chalet and i've not packed a single damned thing. BUT I CAN'T WAIT FOR IT TO BEGIN! 0713 really rocks man!
